Same five exercises. But today your bridge gets harder without a single extra rep.

✨ TODAY'S MISSION
✓💨 10 slow 360° Breaths
✓🙆‍♀️ 10 Overhead Arm Reaches (each arm)
✓🦵 12 Heel Slides (each leg)
✓🍑 12 Glute Bridges — try 4 with one foot lifted
✓🦵 12 Knee Fallouts (each side)
✓🚶‍♀️ Walk — beat yesterday's steps
✓🌙 Belly massage before bed
Single-leg bridge is optional. Twelve normal bridges is a complete session. If one hip drops, go back to two feet — that's the test.

🍑 THE SINGLE-LEG BRIDGE — IF YOU'RE READY

Do 8 normal bridges first. Then try 4 like this: Lie down, knees bent, feet flat. Lift one foot just slightly off the floor — an inch or two, knee stays bent. Exhale and bridge up on the other leg. Lower slowly. Two on each side. 1️⃣ Hips stay level. One side drops? You're not ready — back to two feet. That's the test. 2️⃣ Lift lower than you think. Halfway is plenty. 3️⃣ Ribs closed throughout. Optional today, mamas. Twelve normal bridges is a complete session. 💪 GRADUATES: 4 single-leg with a 3-second hold. 🌱 NEW TO THE 21: normal bridges only. 💛

⚠️ GOLDEN RULE

Exhale on effort. One limb at a time. Both feet down on arm reaches. Doming? Make it smaller or stop. Information, not failure. Gap over 2.5 fingers? Loaded work alternate days, and skip the single-leg bridge for now. Recent surgery or 4+ fingers? Message me first. 💛

🌟 MINI CHALLENGE — THE HIP TEST

During your single-leg bridges, put one hand on each hip bone. Feel one side dipping? That's your honest answer, mamas. Most of us have a weaker side and never knew. Reply with which side dropped — left, right, or neither. 💛

Nutrition today 🥗

📌 TODAY'S FOCUS

Twenty-five days, mamas. Today's the first genuinely new thing in over three weeks. And notice what it is — not a new exercise. The same bridge you've done a hundred times, with one foot an inch off the floor. That's what progression should look like. Not a fresh list every week. The thing you already know, made harder by degrees, until one day you're doing something you couldn't have attempted on Day 1. Twelve bridges on Day 8 felt like work. Today you're lifting a foot. 💪💛
