Three days on the floor, mamas. Today we take it upright — because that's where you actually live.

Today's Mission
10 breaths — wall-supported 360 breathing
10 reps — wall posture reset
10 breaths — pillow between knees 360
Aim for 8 mini sessions — 3 x 360 breaths standing
30 min walk
🌙 Belly massage before bed

📖 HOW TO DO IT

Wall-Supported 360 Breathing — 10 breaths

Stand with your back against a wall, feet a little way out, knees soft. Let your head, upper back and bum touch the wall. Hands on your lower ribs. Inhale — feel your ribs widen out to the sides and press gently back into the wall. The wall gives you feedback you can't get lying down. Exhale slowly and feel your ribs close and your low belly draw in on its own.

Wall Posture Reset — 10 reps

Same position. On each exhale, gently bring your ribs down and stack them over your hips — not tucking your bum under, not gripping. Think of your ribcage settling, not clenching. Most of us stand with our ribs flared and pelvis tipped. This is the single thing that changes how much pressure sits on your midline all day long.

Pillow Between Knees 360 — 10 breaths

Back to the floor for this one. Knees bent, pillow between knees, hands on ribs. Inhale wide, exhale and squeeze gently — a third of your strength — feeling the low belly draw in.

📌 TODAY'S FOCUS

Four days, mamas. Here's the thing about posture — your ten minutes on the floor matters, but you're standing, carrying and lifting for the other fifteen hours. When your ribs sit over your hips, your midline stops taking pressure it was never meant to hold. That's a change you get to keep all day, for free. 💪💛

🌟 MINI CHALLENGE

Catch yourself standing three times today. Ribs flared or stacked? No fixing needed, just noticing. Reply with how many times you caught yourself.

⚠️ GOLDEN RULE

Ribs settling, not clenching. If you're gripping your bum, sucking in your stomach or holding your breath — too much. Go lighter, mama. Doming up the middle on any move? Make it smaller or stop. Doming is information, not failure. 💛
