Mama, I want to talk about the word "soft" — because somewhere along the way we decided it was the opposite of strong. It isn't. A postpartum belly can be soft on the surface and rebuilding real, functional strength underneath.
Today's work was wall push-ups and side-lying lifts. Both look humble. Both are quietly demanding when you lead with the exhale and keep the ribs stacked. Notice what happens at your midline: no doming, no bulge — just a gentle drawing in.
That's the strength under the softness. It doesn't photograph well. It carries babies, groceries and whole days — and it heals your gap from the inside out.

Real mamas, real days. Be kind.
Needed this today. Soft is not weak 💛
Tried the wall push-ups during nap time — I could actually feel my core switch on before my arms. First time!
Divya that is exactly the progression I hoped for 💛 keep the elbows soft.
