Fit Mom Belly is a free postpartum-recovery platform. We collect as little as possible, use it only to run the product, and never sell your data.

What we collect

• Account basics — when you sign in with Google, Facebook or Apple we receive your name, email address and profile picture from that provider, used only to create and recognise your account.
• Optional phone number — you may add it (with your country code) for reminders and community features. You can skip or remove it anytime.
• Your activity in the app — things you log yourself: the gap self-check, daily breath/water rings, challenge check-ins, comments and bookings.

How we use it

• To run your account, streaks, challenges and community features.
• To let the coach support you inside the app.
• Never for advertising. Never sold or shared with third parties.

Where it lives

Your data is stored on our own servers (Amazon Web Services, Mumbai, India) and is transmitted over HTTPS. Access is restricted to the app itself and the coach panel.

Deleting your data

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time — see how to delete your account. Deletion is permanent and takes effect immediately.
